1 Karakal Equipment
1.1 You may return Karakal products — including rackets, bags, shoes, grips, and goggles — within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Returns outside of this condition may not be accepted. If you need to arrange a return, please contact Chris Gorman to confirm eligibility and the next steps.

2 Stringing
2.1 Stringing services are handled by Chris Gorman. If you believe there has been a mistake with string type or tension, or experience a quality issue with the restring itself, please contact Chris directly to discuss — he will do his best to resolve any service-related problems.
Please note: strings are not guaranteed to last a specific length of time under normal play, and errors made when selecting strings or tension at the time of ordering are the responsibility of the customer.

3 Clothing
3.1 Clothing and printed club kit supplied by Tull Clothing is non-refundable, as all garments are personalised with printed logos. Returns will only be considered in cases of manufacturing defects or quality control issues — in such cases, please contact Dave Tull directly to resolve the matter. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing errors or changes of mind once items have been printed.
